Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for client on contractual matters, coordinating jobs between engineering, operations, and customer
- Coordinate, manage, and monitor performance of various departments, formulating policies and procedures to maximize output
- Manage equipment maintenance, spare parts, and technical support for onshore and offshore operations
- Approve procurement and equipment purchasing, keep engineering capability aligned with evolving technology
- Establish regular customer contact, grow client base, identify opportunities in oil and gas field service market
- Prepare and follow through on tenders from submission to conclusion
- Monitor company's financial performance and contribute to commercial health
- Create and promote strong QHSE culture, embed QHSE principles into decision making, ensure effective risk identification and management
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience, including at least 5 years in a management role
- Engineering degree in a relevant field (Drilling, Geology, Mechanical, or Electrical), or equivalent experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong numerical and financial acumen
- Proven people management and leadership skills, with strong commercial and customer centric instincts

Role Overview
- Partnering with a leading oilfield services organization operating across the Middle East to find their next Service Manager, based in the UAE.
- This is a pivotal operational leadership role, holding full accountability for the performance, productivity, and profitability of the well testing operation.
- The successful candidate will act as the critical link between engineering, operations, and the client, driving service delivery, commercial performance, and safety culture across a demanding onshore and offshore portfolio.
- This is not a purely technical role — it demands a commercially minded operator capable of managing client relationships, leading tenders, and building a high performing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the client on all contractual matters, and coordinating jobs between engineering, operations, and the customer

- Managing equipment maintenance, spare parts, and technical support to ensure smooth onshore and offshore operations
