- Monitor compliance with relevant standards, conduct technical research, and continuously improve processes within the technical office
Requirements
- Ability to work with Technical Drawing and related documentation tools to prepare, review, and update engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong Budgeting skills to plan, monitor, and control project financials and resource allocation
- Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline to understand technical requirements and solutions
- Research skills to gather technical information, evaluate options, and support data driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in technical office or engineering project coordination, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or similar industries
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in the Riyadh Region, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to changing project needs

Role Description
- The Technical Office Manager is a full time, on site role based in the Riyadh Region.
- The person in this role will oversee technical documentation, coordinate engineering deliverables, and ensure that project designs, drawings, and specifications are accurately prepared and maintained.
