- Manage project budgets, control costs, and prepare progress reports
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, lead risk assessments, and implement quality assurance procedures
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience managing residential villa projects with combined value exceeding SAR 500 million
- Strong background in end to end construction project delivery
- Excellent project planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and project forecasting
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, Saudi building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to work on site in the Riyadh Region and manage multiple projects

Role Description
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to join our team in Riyadh.
