In this role, you will drive the program-wide technical leadership, engineering governance, and multidisciplinary integration for a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity.
You will be providing program-level leadership, governance, coordination, and strategic engineering oversight for all infrastructure and utility engineering submissions across the program, ensuring that multidisciplinary technical reviews, infrastructure integration, and sustainability goals are fully integrated to support informed engineering decisions for PMCM Management and the Client, while leading the Program Technical Team to support the successful delivery of the overall development program.

Job Purpose
HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Technical Manager to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. Reports To: Program Director
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the Program Technical Governance Framework, including engineering review procedures, technical standards, compliance requirements, and engineering assurance processes.
- Provide strategic leadership, technical direction, and performance oversight to the multidisciplinary Program Technical Team, ensuring consistent application of engineering standards and best practices across all project packages.
