Opportunity
Lead delivery of the GitHub Enterprise roadmap while remaining hands-on with platform engineering, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
Influence engineering standards and platform capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the GitHub platform uplift roadmap and manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
- Drive GitHub Enterprise administration, migration activities, and adoption across engineering teams.
- Enhance DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities through secure automation, governance, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate across engineering, cloud, cyber, and identity teams.
Required experience
- Extensive platform engineering experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong GitHub Enterprise administration experience covering repository governance, access controls, and security features.
- Experience delivering GitHub migrations, onboarding programs, or large-scale platform adoption initiatives.
- Strong CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions, automation, and secure delivery practices.
- Practical DevSecOps knowledge covering code security, secrets management, container security, and policy enforcement.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.
