Your Opportunity
Design, configure, and maintain Cuscal's network infrastructure and related application components.
Improve performance, resolve operational issues, and recommend ways to strengthen network reliability and security.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain complex LAN, WAN, and wireless network environments.
- Configure and support Cisco firewalls, VPN concentrators, and security appliances.
- Support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and network virtualization technologies.
- Support F5 load balancers and F5 Distributed Cloud services.
- Troubleshoot network hardware, software, telecommunications, and security systems.
- Maintain accurate network documentation.
- Support multi-site operations across private and public infrastructure.
- Manage assigned projects and maintain service levels through ticketing and change management systems.
- Contribute to the 24/7 network on-call roster.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience working with networking technologies.
- Strong experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and data links.
- Hands-on Cisco ASA and FTD installation, upgrading, and configuration experience.
- Experience with F5 load balancers and F5 Distributed Cloud.
