Role Overview
The Technical Manager leads engineering functions across One Health managed healthcare facilities.
The role is accountable for safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, civil, plumbing, fire protection, medical gas, and building systems.
The role covers engineering governance, asset lifecycle management, compliance, standards, projects, innovation, and technical leadership.
Engineering Governance and Maintenance
- Lead technical governance and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop engineering standards, maintenance strategies, technical procedures, and asset lifecycle plans.
- Review and approve designs, maintenance methodologies, reports, root cause analyses, and engineering change requests.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Lead audits, inspections, condition assessments, asset performance reviews, and corrective actions.
Projects, Contractors, and Improvement
- Manage engineering support for capital projects, facility upgrades, commissioning, and technical due diligence.
