Role Overview
PureHealth is seeking a Group Training Manager for its hospital network.
The role shapes learning, operational standards, staff performance, and patient experience across multiple facilities.
The position reports to the Chief Patient Experience Officer.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead face-to-face training initiatives across multiple hospital sites for clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Identify performance gaps with senior leaders and clinical stakeholders.
- Design tailored interventions and measurable learning outcomes.
- Create training programs, materials, and guides that support continuous improvement.
- Equip doctors, nurses, and frontline staff with behavioral and service skills.
- Monitor training effectiveness and refine programs for sustained impact.
Candidate Profile
- A background in hospitality, healthcare operations, or corporate training is expected.
- Experience with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders is expected and healthcare experience is preferred.
- At least five years of experience leading training initiatives across complex, multi-site organizations is required.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
- The candidate must be comfortable delivering training in operational and clinical environments.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
Work Environment
- The role delivers in-person training across multiple hospital sites.
- The position works with clinical and non-clinical hospital teams in operational and clinical environments.
