About the Role
The role serves as the welcoming face and administrative anchor of PureHealth's Abu Dhabi office.
The position provides a polished front-office experience while supporting broader organizational administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and provide a warm, hospitality-driven experience to visitors and callers.
- Greet and assist guests, coordinate visitor logistics, and uphold reception standards.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and a customer-first approach.
- Organize internal and external events, meeting arrangements, logistics, and guest preparation.
- Manage meeting room schedules, appointment confirmations, and daily office coordination.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to various departments.
- Maintain a reception and office environment aligned with corporate branding and service expectations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in administration, hospitality, or a related field is required.
- Strong hospitality or front-of-house experience in hotels, luxury service, airlines, or premium customer service is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor, and polished presentation are required.
