- Lead the design of complex technical solutions that integrate architecture, engineering, construction, and technology disciplines
- Take full ownership of Business Unit P&L, ensuring profitability, cost control, and value delivery
- Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., digital twins, AI in design, generative modeling) to enhance service offerings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical direction with business strategy and market demand
- Ensure organization wide adherence to BIM standards, best practices, and project specific requirements
- Oversee the coordination and integration of BIM models among multidisciplinary teams
- Drive BIM automation, advanced data management practices, and interoperability across platforms
- Mentor internal teams through knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and on the job training to elevate BIM expertise
- Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of BIM centric and multidisciplinary projects to ensure on time, within budget delivery
- Lead stakeholder alignment meetings and ensure streamlined communication with clients, consultants, and vendors
- Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure project delivery complies with regulatory codes, technical standards, and client specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- BIM certification (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or related tools) preferred
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
- 7–10 years of experience in BIM and integrated project delivery, including team or business unit leadership
- Strong portfolio of designing and delivering complex multidisciplinary technical solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo, BIM 360, and related platforms
- Familiarity with scheduling and planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, technical team leadership, and budget accountability
- Deep understanding of digital design practices, parametric modeling, and regulatory codes

Role Overview

Qualification and Education Requirements
