Role Purpose
Support resource and knowledge management and strengthen governance across the Project Management & Engineering function.
Maintain project management standards, promote best practices and lessons learned, and monitor compliance with approved policies, processes, and internal controls.
Resource and Knowledge Management
- Ensure projects are appropriately staffed and resourced to achieve delivery targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a project management library of lessons learned, processes, workflows, templates, forms, and best practices.
- Promote the knowledge hub to improve consistency, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with other departments to align priorities, resolve cross-functional challenges, and maintain transparency.
Project Governance
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved policies, processes, standards, and internal controls.
- Review and refine Project Management & Engineering processes for compliance with UAE and international standards.
- Conduct internal audits of project processes and documentation.
- Report audit findings, develop corrective action plans, monitor implementation, and support closure of identified gaps.
- Support Project Directors with procurement strategies, contract management, budget monitoring, and risk management.
