Role Overview
DCT Abu Dhabi is seeking a Projects Manager for its Project Management and Engineering Department.
The role manages cultural, tourism, and modern and traditional heritage projects across Abu Dhabi under Capital Projects.
The Projects Manager leads project teams from inception through handover and ensures compliance with DCT standards, processes, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
The role requires delivery of large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Job Purpose
DCT Abu Dhabi is seeking a Projects Manager for its Project Management and Engineering Department.
The role manages cultural, tourism, and modern and traditional heritage projects across Abu Dhabi under Capital Projects.
The Projects Manager leads project teams from inception through handover and ensures compliance with DCT standards, processes, guidelines, and reporting requirements.
The role requires delivery of large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Design and Construction Management
- Manage DCT capital projects and ensure consultants and contractors deliver within scope.
- Oversee design development, approvals, design reviews, construction progress, quality, HSE, codes, and industry standards.
- Monitor consultants, contractors, and subcontractors during design and construction.
- Conduct site visits, attend site meetings, and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Manage quality assurance, quality control, variation-order reviews, risk mitigation, corrective actions, closeout, and handover.
