Role Overview
DCT Abu Dhabi is seeking a finance leader to head its Financial Sustainability & Enablement function.
The role shapes financial strategy across museums, heritage sites, events, festivals, and hospitality within a major cultural and tourism portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial sustainability strategy and drive revenue growth and cost optimization across the portfolio.
- Own pricing strategy and governance for tourism fees, ticketing, products, services, and commercial partnerships.
- Build and lead financial performance systems, including dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
- Design and lead a risk-based audit program to safeguard sector revenue.
- Champion the digitization of finance processes across the department.
- Lead, develop, and grow the finance team as a trusted source of financial information.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bring 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience across FP&A, pricing, or financial sustainability roles.
- Demonstrate experience building financial frameworks, pricing structures, or governance models from the ground up.
- Have experience in government, public sector, or large multinational finance environments.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people.
