Role Overview
Hands-on Technical Leader role in a fast-growing fintech environment, focused on backend architecture, technical standards, and engineering roadmap decisions.
The role combines team leadership with design and delivery of scalable, reliable APIs and distributed systems.

Accountabilities
- Lead and mentor engineers while establishing coding standards, engineering practices, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.
- Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern backend frameworks.
- Design for availability, performance, security, scalability, and zero-downtime deployment.
- Own backend technical direction and roadmap decisions.
- Strengthen reliability through testing, monitoring, logging, observability, incident management, and optimization.
- Use AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve development workflows and product quality.
- Evaluate technologies and translate business requirements into robust backend architectures.
