Role Overview
Remote contractor role supporting day-to-day coordination and administration of construction and energy-efficiency projects.
The role tracks projects from active status through scheduling, documentation, state submissions, and final closeout.
The position combines project coordination, CRM management, documentation review, task follow-up, and workflow administration.
Accountabilities
- Review active construction projects to determine status, outstanding actions, and appropriate next steps.
- Identify delayed projects, missing information, incomplete documentation, and unresolved tasks, escalating issues when management involvement is required.
- Review contracts, approvals, project notes, scopes of work, and supporting documentation for completeness and consistency.
- Create and monitor internal tasks, follow up on assignments, and maintain visibility across the project portfolio.
- Create work orders, support scheduling, and track contracts, pre-work requirements, and project milestones.
- Enter project information into the New York State program platform and ensure it matches internal CRM records.
- Review completed projects for closeout materials and submit project information for state review and payment.
- Maintain Zoho CRM records, organize project files, identify discrepancies, and coordinate across project teams.
