Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant technical certifications are preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, cloud platform engineering, industrial digital solutions, or related technology domains.
3+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience, providing architectural direction and guiding engineering teams in the delivery of enterprise software or cloud platform solutions.
Strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting production cloud platforms using Microsoft Azure.
Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, data platforms, and modern software engineering practices.
Experience with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Edge computing, industrial automation, manufacturing technologies, or connected equipment solutions is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of engineering and technology principles, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
Demonstrated experience working within Agile development environments and structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
Strong systems thinking, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues and drive effective solutions.
Ability to evaluate technology alternatives, understand system dependencies, and make sound architectural and technical decisions.
Proven ability to provide technical leadership, influence engineering teams, coordinate resources, and work effectively across multiple functions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working effectively in global, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
A collaborative, accountable, and continuous-improvement mindset with a strong focus on quality, security, reliability, and customer value.
Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
