Back End Developer-II

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

4+ years of experience in backend software development, building and supporting scalable production applications.

Strong programming experience with Java, Python, C#, Node.js, or comparable backend technologies.

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, distributed applications, and microservices-based architectures.

Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and backend data-management principles.

Experience developing and deploying cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services.

Familiarity with containerization technologies, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and modern DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.

Working knowledge of secure software development practices and cybersecurity principles; exposure to industrial or IIoT cybersecurity is an advantage.

Strong systems thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve application and platform issues.

Ability to translate technical requirements into reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and other technical teams.

Experience working in global and cross-functional environments is an advantage.

A quality-focused and continuous-improvement mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
