Xebia is seeking a Technical Lead - MERN Stack for a full-time role located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role designs and delivers scalable web applications, leads engineering teams, drives architecture decisions, and ensures reliable software delivery.
Experience and Mandatory Skills
- The position requires 8+ years of experience.
- Mandatory skills are Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, CI/CD, and REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications.
- Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Guide and mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive feature delivery with attention to quality, performance, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to deliver successfully.
Technical Skills
- Frontend technologies include React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
