Role Overview
Lead technical IT project delivery for Flight Operations and Crew Management systems in an airline environment.
Coordinate the design, build, testing, and deployment of applications and infrastructure changes that support safe and efficient airline operations.
Bridge complex airline operations with technical IT execution while managing senior stakeholders and governance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through application and infrastructure delivery.
- Execute software releases through the Route to LIVE pipeline.
- Navigate governance frameworks, deployment pathways, and environment management.
- Manage stakeholders including pilots, software architects, and operational teams.
- Maintain delivery continuity when technical issues affect operational timelines.
Aviation and Project Management Requirements
- At least 5 years of project management experience in an airline or aviation IT environment.
- Deep understanding of Flight Operations systems or Crew Management solutions.
- Understanding of crew duty limitations and real-time operational control disruptions.
