Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, along with working knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, and modern AI-based tools. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable backend systems, working with cloud infrastructure, and exposure to emerging AI/automation technologies. This role requires hands-on development, system design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, production-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures
- Work with AWS cloud services for deployment and infrastructure
- Work with Kubernetes / container-based deployments
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub / GitLab / Jenkins)
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams for release management
- Explore and integrate AI / automation tools (n8n, LLM APIs, agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, etc.)
