Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication or equivalent discipline with 7 to 12 years of relevant experience.

- Thales India Private Limited, Richmond Town, Bengaluru / Hybrid
Job Responsibilities
- As a Senior / Technical Lead, you will be a major actor in the software development phase using approach with C /Embedded C. In more details:
- Development of Platform & Application Software with a good understanding of complex architectures , Scheduling , multi thread program development , RTOS , requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for avionics systems (Flight Display System) as per DO178B/C standards
- Demonstrate the technical capabilities in software projects.
- Perform Peer reviews of high level Specifications & Dev artifacts.
- Debugging, bug fixing & enhancements on existing Software.
- To perform Development free hands testing & regression on existing features.
- Ensure quality deliveries before hand-off to Quality Assurance teams for further testing and verification.
- Participate in an AGILE team involved in the development phases by respecting deadlines and contractual milestones.
- Contribute in the development, selection, tailoring and deployment of processes, tools and metrics.
- Provide new product/lean-process ideas and contribute to deploy them.
Minimum Skills/Experience
- EXPERT in Embedded C Programming Language.
- EXPERT in Memory usage, Scheduling and execution time allocation.
