Role overview
The Technical Lead Engineer is a hands-on technical leadership role for enterprise healthcare software platforms.
The role combines software engineering, architecture, technical oversight, mentoring, and coding responsibilities.
The position supports infrastructure migration to AWS and modernization of the technology stack.
Technical leadership
- Lead technical design and architecture for complex features and systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive resolution of technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural improvements.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and engineering excellence.
Hands-on development
- Develop application features using .NET, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for distributed systems.
- Develop database solutions using stored procedures, query optimization, indexing, and data access patterns.
- Create responsive interfaces using AngularJS, Angular, and React.
