About the role
The role builds and ships healthcare technology solutions that improve patient outcomes, streamline clinical workflows, and support operational efficiency.
The position offers hands-on work in the .NET ecosystem within a complex and regulated healthcare domain.
The engineer will work with experienced engineers who provide code reviews, mentorship, and ownership of meaningful features.
Key responsibilities
- Develop production-grade software from defined requirements and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain interfaces, databases, APIs, and client-facing displays across the healthcare platform.
- Participate in technical design discussions and implement agreed designs with guidance from senior engineers.
- Write readable, optimized, documented code that follows established best practices.
- Debug defects, identify root causes, and improve system performance and reliability.
- Create and run unit and integration tests to reduce regression risk.
- Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve quality.
- Support staging validation, UAT coordination, releases, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Maintain design notes, API documentation, and runbooks.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
- Deliver assigned work on time and communicate blockers, risks, and progress.
