About the role
Own the end-to-end architecture of an eight-stage Azure regulatory content pipeline.
The pipeline spans requirement intake, book monitoring, XML generation, file delivery, and QA acknowledgement.
Define API contracts, event-driven integration patterns, engineering standards, and technical mentoring practices.
Key responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end pipeline architecture across all eight stages.
- Define API contracts for requirement intake, previous-version XML retrieval, and automated QA acknowledgement.
- Design event-driven integrations using Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
- Set coding, review, and deployment standards and lead technical design reviews.
- Mentor engineers across backend, monitoring, XML, and QA automation workstreams.
- Partner with the Engineering Manager on sprint scoping, technical risk, and delivery sequencing.
