Role Mission
CUBE is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer for a customer-facing role supporting enterprise sales and delivery teams.
The role helps financial institutions evaluate technology that streamlines compliance, reduces risk, and improves operational efficiency.
The Solutions Engineer acts as a trusted advisor who bridges business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to understand their business cases and requirements.
- Deliver bespoke product demonstrations addressing technical needs and business value.
- Design and present proof-of-concept solutions tailored to client environments.
- Serve as the technical expert and point of contact during the sales cycle.
- Relay customer feedback and iterations to product and engineering teams.
- Co-own RFP and RFI development and responses with the Enterprise Sales Director.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and customer workshops as needed.
- Stay up to date on financial services regulations, technologies, and emerging trends.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in solutions, pre-sales, sales engineering, or compliance advisory and consulting roles.
