Role Overview
Own the end-to-end production lifecycle of machine learning models and large language model integrations at CUBE.
Establish MLOps practices across pipeline automation, deployment, observability, provider governance, and operational reliability.
Work with the Lead Data Scientist and Data and AI Engineering team to build scalable production systems.
Required Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in machine learning, Azure, deployment, and pipelines.
- Experience designing and operationalizing end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
- Experience with model deployment, containerized endpoints, versioning, traffic management, and rollback.
- Experience with model monitoring, data drift detection, alerting, and production observability.
- Experience governing LLM providers, API access, versioning, token consumption, and costs.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing for ML workflows.
MLOps Responsibilities
- Build and maintain training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning.
- Manage model serving infrastructure and deployment processes across environments.
