Technical Lead (Backend System Admin)3094

Must have

• 6+ years of experience working in Linux environments and server administration.
• Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow
• Flexible to work in shifts and willingness to take responsibility during major implementations like Patching, Upgrades
• Know-how/experience in scheduling tools like Control M or UC4
• Knowledge in scripting (bash/python)
• Knowledge in Ansible- writing playbooks
• Know – how in Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Must be a good team player. Willingness to learn and spread the learnings gained to the whole team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good to have
• Linux trained and certified (RHSE/RHCSA) from a reputed institution
• Experience in ticketing systems – SNOW
• Experience in subversion tools like GIT, SVN
• Knowledge in cloud solutions – AWS & Azure
• Knowledge in Ansible automation
• Experience in “Development of automation solutions“-Jenkins, Ansible and Kubernetes, Microfocus tool
• Understanding of agile framework concepts like Scrum, KanBan
• Demonstrably high focus on customer service
• Good to have AI related exposure.
