Manager-Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Operations, Engineering or a related discipline. Master’s degree / MBA preferred.
• State Insurance Adjuster / Claims Adjuster certification or relevant US state insurance licensing.
• LOMA / FLMI / ALMI or equivalent Life Insurance certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred. Experience working with Life Insurance policy administration platforms such as Guidewire, Majesco, Sapiens, Vitech, FAST, Oracle/legacy PAS platforms or similar is desirable. Exposure to RPA, AI/GenAI, workflow automation, process mining and analytics tools is preferred. Experience working with US clients and understanding US insurance operating models is strongly preferred.
