Responsibilities
- Monitor technical standards, review project documentation, and ensure adherence to best practices, policies, and safety guidelines
- Provide technical support to student teams, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical risks or gaps
- Guide research and development activities, support project planning, mentor student team leads on integrity and quality assurance
- Prepare concise reports on technical performance and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical data, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions
- Experience in team management, including mentoring, coaching, and coordinating work across diverse student or project teams
- Hands on technical support experience, with the ability to diagnose issues, provide clear guidance, and document resolutions
- Background in research and development (R&D) with an ability to apply structured inquiry and innovation to student projects
- Proven project management skills, including planning, prioritization, tracking milestones, and managing timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, academic integrity, and inclusive collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Dubai, manage time independently, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Role Description
