- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in academic, educational, or student focused environments is a plus

Role Description
- The Process Engineering Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Focuses on analyzing, designing, and improving operational processes within the Student Partnership Program to enhance efficiency, quality, and participant experience.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Mapping current processes, identifying bottlenecks, designing optimized workflows, and defining clear performance metrics.
- Collaborating with cross functional academic and administrative teams, facilitating process workshops, documenting standards and procedures.
- Ensuring consistent implementation of best practices.
- Monitoring process performance data, recommending continuous improvements, mentoring student contributors, and preparing concise reports for program leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Process Engineering and Process Design.
- Experience in Business Process Improvement and Process Optimization.
- Knowledge of Process Control principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; advanced studies or certifications in process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools, and comfort working with data.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities in a part time capacity, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in academic, educational, or student focused environments is a plus.
