About the Role
Daos Hub Dubai seeks a Technical Event Coordinator to own technical excellence for events in a phygital Web3 space. The role involves planning and managing lighting, sound, LED, stage, and streaming, coordinating vendors, and ensuring flawless live execution.

Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all technical aspects of events, including lighting, sound, LED screens, stage setup, and streaming
- Prepare technical riders, cue lists, and detailed show timelines
- Collect, review, and test presentations and media assets before each event
- Conduct sound checks and coordinate technical rehearsals with speakers (on site and online)
- Collaborate with AV vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor live events and resolve technical issues in real time
- Build and maintain structured technical workflows, documentation, and SOPs
- Continuously improve production processes to support scalability and high quality standards
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in technical event production or live production
- Experience with conferences, panels, podcasts, live streams, or hybrid formats
- Strong understanding of broadcast and streaming requirements
- Experience coordinating AV and technical vendors
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve live technical issues quickly
- Structured, detail oriented, and process driven mindset
- Upper Intermediate+ English

Your Mission
- As a Technical Event Coordinator, you will own the technical excellence behind every event we deliver. Your mission is to transform creative concepts into flawless live experiences — ensuring seamless execution across lighting, sound, LED, stage, and streaming.
Your First 90 Days: Impact Roadmap
- 0–30 Days: Immerse yourself in Daos Hub’s event ecosystem and internal workflows. Gain understanding of 6 stage event flow, venue infrastructure, and technical setup standards. Begin supporting small to mid scale events.
- 31–60 Days: Transition from support to ownership. Independently manage technical execution of multiple events per month, ensuring smooth coordination across lighting, sound, LED, and streaming. Start identifying inefficiencies and introducing structure.
- 61–90 Days: Take full ownership of the technical function. Confidently coordinate vendors, oversee rehearsals and live production, and ensure every event meets production standards. Begin shaping the system itself to sustainably deliver up to 20 high quality events per month.
How You’ll Contribute
