- The role is based in person at the company's Montreal headquarters.
- The role includes willingness to travel up to 20%.
About the Role
Own the success of a dedicated enterprise account and its event program.
Lead strategic projects including platform implementation, integrations, workflow improvements, and product initiatives.
Bridge client stakeholders with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall success and performance of the client's event program.
- Lead implementation, integration, and operational improvement projects.
- Translate client needs into technical and operational requirements.
- Manage plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Event Operations, Supply, and Finance.
- Support event execution with Event Managers and Customer Success Leads.
- Identify recurring issues, lead scalable solutions, and drive platform and workflow adoption.
- Monitor program performance and provide reporting and recommendations.
- Partner with the Account Manager to identify adoption needs and commercial expansion opportunities.
