Technical Enterprise Program Manager

Own the overall success and performance of the client’s event program.

Lead implementation, integration, and operational improvement projects.

Translate client needs into clear technical and operational requirements.

Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Event Operations, Supply, and Finance.

Partner with Event Managers and Customer Success Leads to support successful event execution.

Identify recurring issues and lead scalable solutions.

Drive adoption of Planned’s platform, services, and standardized workflows.

Monitor program performance and provide clear reporting and recommendations.

Partner with the Account Manager to identify expansion opportunities.

Experience in technical program management, implementation, customer success, or enterprise SaaS.

Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Strong communication and executive presence.

Comfortable working across technical, operational, and commercial teams.

Analytical, organized, and able to operate in ambiguity.

Willingness to travel up to 20%.
