- Prepare and submit construction drawings and documents through relevant authority portals
- Manage online applications, approvals, NOCs, and inspection requests via DM, ADM, Trakhees, and DDA
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to obtain project approvals
- Schedule and follow up on inspections and site visits
- Attend meetings with concerned engineers and authority representatives
- Track approval status and ensure compliance with authority requirements
- Prepare technical correspondence and maintain approval records
- Assist project teams in resolving authority comments and approval related issues
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in authority approvals and construction submissions
- Hands on experience with DM, ADM, Trakhees, and DDA portals
- Strong knowledge of construction drawing submissions and approval procedures
- Experience in swimming pool and landscape projects is highly preferred
- Ability to attend and coordinate meetings with authority engineers
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online approval systems
- UAE driving license will be an advantage

Job Summary
