- Source and procure construction and metal fabrication materials, tools, and equipment
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors across the UAE
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project and warehouse teams
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Track market prices and identify cost saving opportunities
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to fulfill procurement requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement within the Metal Fabrication and Construction sector
- Strong knowledge of local UAE suppliers and construction materials
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously
- Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage

Job Overview
- We are seeking a Procurement Officer with proven experience in the Metal Fabrication and Construction industry in the UAE.
