About the Role
ELKIN CORP POOL & LANDSCAPE is seeking an Aluminum Pergola Site Supervisor in Dubai to oversee installation of aluminium pergolas, louvers, and glass works. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities related to aluminium pergola installation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
- Review shop drawings and ensure proper execution on site
- Manage installation teams and allocate manpower efficiently
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Conduct site measurements and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Resolve site issues and report technical concerns to management
- Ensure quality control and final handover to the client
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in aluminium pergola, façade, glass, or metal fabrication projects
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of aluminium profiles, louvers, motorized pergolas, and glass systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- UAE driving license preferred
- Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations
