Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high performance technical solutions aligned with business requirements
- Lead the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and integrated systems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and Operations, to deliver high quality solutions
- Review system architecture and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, security, and performance
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid level engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices
- Drive technical design discussions, solution architecture, and technology selection for new initiatives
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, compliance requirements, and engineering best practices
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and technical feasibility analysis
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and optimize deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes
- Monitor production environments, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures to improve system stability
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve engineering efficiency and product quality
Requirements
- 9–10 years of experience in software engineering, technical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise scale applications and distributed systems
- Strong expertise in system architecture, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, networking, security principles, and system integration
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and leading technical initiatives from design through deployment
