- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks & awareness trainings
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective measures
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and drills
- Maintain complete HSE documentation and permits
- Enforce PPE usage and site safety procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on HSE matters
- Promote a proactive safety culture on site

Role Description
- The Safety Officer plays a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment across construction project sites.
- Responsible for implementing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures in line with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- The Safety Officer will proactively identify hazards, promote safe work practices, and support continuous improvement of safety performance.
Key Responsibilities
