- Provide strategic leadership and direction across all project phases
- Manage a multi package delivery model involving external stakeholders, design consultants, and specialist contractors
- Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute Tier III/IV standards and client specific technical requirements
- Oversee project controls, risk management, and governance reporting
- Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, authorities, utilities, and internal leadership
- Drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost KPIs
- Support value engineering, change management, and claims resolution
- Ensure readiness for commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational handover
Requirements
- 15+ years in project and program management
- At least 10 years in mission critical or data center environments
- Proven delivery of large scale, complex infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, utility coordination, commissioning, and Tier certification processes
- Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and decision making capabilities
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- PMP, RICS, or equivalent certification is preferred
- Experience delivering projects in the Middle East or similar regulatory environments
- Familiarity with fast track delivery models and digital project controls
- Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager Data Center to join our team!
- In this role, you will lead the delivery of the initial phase of a data center project focusing on the Strategy and design blueprint of a mission critical, data center project, ensuring safe, compliant, and high quality execution aligned with program objectives.
