Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and product guidance to the sales and coordination teams
- Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and project specifications
- Support client meetings and site visits by providing technical clarification when required
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain pricing, product availability, and technical information
- Review and update quotations based on project changes and customer requirements
- Handle product related inquiries and provide timely after sales support to customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues efficiently
- Conduct product training sessions to strengthen product knowledge across the business
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX to manage inventory checks, order processing, order tracking, fulfillment, and product transactions
- Maintain accurate system records and ensure proper documentation throughout the order lifecycle
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, procurement, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or another relevant technical discipline
- 2 5 years of experience in technical coordination, technical sales support, or a similar role
- Experience preparing technical proposals and quotations
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, product specifications, and documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For
