Overview
Coordinate daily dispatch operations for e-commerce orders with accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
Monitor real-time delivery progress and proactively resolve logistical or operational issues.
Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, logistics partners, and customer service departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch logs, shipment records, delivery reports, and operational documentation.
Optimize delivery schedules and routes based on order priorities, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.
Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
Respond promptly to shipment inquiries and delivery updates, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched on time.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps and suggesting process enhancements.
Maintain organized tracking systems to ensure visibility and accuracy across all delivery operations.
