Key Responsibilities
- Own customer delivery as the primary point of contact throughout implementation and manage expectations, timelines, and outcomes.
- Translate customer needs into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams.
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions with technical teams on time and to a high standard.
- Manage difficult stakeholder conversations and challenge requirements, timelines, or expectations when necessary.
- Identify and address risks, dependencies, and gaps proactively to protect delivery quality.
- Push back, negotiate, and drive teams toward delivery using sound judgment.
- Engage with engineers on technical feasibility and challenge assumptions.
