Role Overview
The Sales Development Specialist will grow SARJ’s client base across Saudi Arabia through enterprise and government account development.
The role owns outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, relationship building, and qualified opportunities progressing to proofs of concept and signed contracts.
The specialist will collaborate with Customer Experience, Operations, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify pipeline across enterprise and government accounts.
- Build target account lists across banking, fintech, telecom, retail, healthcare, real estate, and government.
- Conduct tailored outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, and WhatsApp in Arabic and English.
- Engage decision-makers in Customer Experience, IT, Digital Transformation, and Procurement.
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities.
- Support proofs of concept, follow-ups, and handoffs to relevant teams.
