Role Overview
The Agent Engineer designs, builds, and deploys AI agents for real-world client problems.
The role supports proof-of-concept development, owns end-to-end agent implementation delivery, and interfaces directly with clients.
The role also evaluates voice and text agent interactions for quality, compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support POC development from scoping through demo-ready delivery.
- Design and build AI agents from client requirements.
- Own implementation timelines, quality, and outcomes.
- Gather client requirements, present progress, answer questions, and manage expectations.
- Evaluate recorded calls for accuracy, tone, compliance, and customer experience.
- Score conversations and document findings in the QA tracking system.
- Flag errors, hallucinations, missed cues, and policy or compliance issues.
- Identify recurring failure modes and opportunities to improve prompts and workflows.
