Role Overview
Lead delivery of transformative AI and data initiatives at scale.
Own a complex portfolio involving cross-functional dependencies, governance frameworks, and architecture decisions.
Drive measurable business impact through sophisticated AI initiatives across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and data platform initiatives, managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and resource constraints.
- Coordinate engineering, product, business, and third-party stakeholders while communicating progress and trade-offs to leadership.
- Apply strategic thinking and problem solving in ambiguous technical delivery situations.
- Identify emerging technologies and innovative approaches that can improve delivery effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of product management or delivery experience with AI/ML-powered products from ideation through production and iteration.
- Strong experience with agile practices and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with foundational models, AI agent development, agent harnesses, and context engineering.
