Role Overview
RBC is seeking a Lead Product Owner for Corporate Real Estate initiatives in an AI-focused environment.
The role leads project delivery and requirements gathering while supporting strategic and compliance initiatives across multiple development teams.
The position drives continuous transformation of delivery models and consistent agile practices.
Responsibilities
- Determine sprint product backlogs and review sprint outputs against product requirements.
- Use the AI software development approach to accelerate discovery, requirements gathering, development, and refinement.
- Define and communicate the product vision for the scrum team and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Manage schedules, dependencies, milestones, project risks, impediments, and delivery issues.
- Track financials and report team progress, accomplishments, status updates, and product demos.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Thorough understanding of agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
