What is the opportunity?
Drive strategic product initiatives across Global Rates Cash and Derivatives trading platforms as a Macro E-Trading Product Owner.
Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders while leading QA teams and balancing priorities across regions and sponsors.
Combine market intelligence, capital markets expertise, and product leadership to deliver solutions that drive revenue and manage risk.
What will you do?
- Collaborate on end-to-end solutions and flows, resolve complex problems, estimate business value and effort, and support delivery planning.
- Prioritize strategic goals and manage tradeoffs across costs, benefits, regions, and business sponsors.
- Prioritize the book of work based on market intelligence, business goals, revenue, risk, audit, and compliance.
- Understand trading applications, explain their functions, and solve problems.
- Act as a user proxy in defining requirements for Global Cash and Derivatives products.
- Manage the Rates QA team and prioritize QA scope by business risk and release criticality.
- Set goals for direct reports and manage performance standards in line with business needs.
