Role overview

Work model

• The role is hybrid, with office presence three days per week and onsite onboarding from the first day.
• The position is based in Montreal, Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and enhance architecture data for applications, business processes, technologies, and information assets.
• Develop data models, metamodels, taxonomies, standards, and information definitions.
• Improve data quality, consistency, completeness, and governance controls.
• Gather requirements and document relationships across enterprise domains with business and technology stakeholders.
• Map dependencies between business capabilities, applications, data assets, and technology platforms.
• Conduct impact assessments and technology landscape analyses.
• Create reports, dashboards, and management information for decision-making.
• Use SQL and Python to extract, validate, transform, and analyze enterprise data.

Technical toolbox

• SQL, Python, data modeling, metadata management, data governance, and enterprise architecture.
• Power BI, ServiceNow or CMDB, API integration, and TOGAF are listed in the technical toolbox.

Candidate profile

• At least five years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, enterprise architecture data management, or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data mapping, metadata management, and information architecture principles.
• Experience with metamodels, taxonomies, reference models, data standards, and information management practices.
• Advanced SQL and good Python knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience with LeanIX, Collibra, Ardoq, Bizzdesign, MEGA, or ServiceNow is an important asset.
• English is required for communication with anglophone colleagues and business contacts in other provinces and the United States.
