Role Overview

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide functional system support, analyze incidents, and coordinate their resolution.
• Identify business needs, analyze functional gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Participate in development projects, testing, implementation, and solution deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams and users to facilitate system adoption.
• Manage data and access and ensure information integrity.
• Produce functional documentation and work methods.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and performance-indicator monitoring.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
• At least six years of business analysis experience, including functional lead experience, is required.
• Strong application support and incident-analysis experience is required.
• The candidate should understand integrations, data flows, and application architectures.
• Experience with information-system development, implementation, process modeling, and process transformation is required.
• Excellent French communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
