Role Overview
Astek is seeking a Functional HRMS Consultant with expertise in HRMS implementations, configuration, enhancements, testing, production support, HR reporting, and SSRS dashboards.
The consultant will work with HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end HRMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze HR and business requirements.
- Configure and implement HRMS modules based on business needs.
- Support implementation, enhancements, testing, deployment, go-live, and production operations.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate custom developments with technical teams.
- Design and validate HR reports, dashboards, and SSRS reports.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing.
- Deliver user training and prepare functional documentation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate delivery with project managers, business users, and technical teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 7–9 years of relevant experience as a Functional HRMS Consultant.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise HRMS solutions.
- Functional knowledge of Core HR, employee management, leave, attendance and time management, payroll, performance management, recruitment, and ESS/MSS.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and HR reporting.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Experience in requirements gathering, GAP analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with government or large enterprise organizations is highly preferred.
- UAE government or public-sector HRMS project experience is preferred.
- HRMS certifications are an added advantage.
- Exposure to Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms is desirable.
